Applicants must provide a recent bank statement that shows evidence of adequate finance.

($500 per person and $1,000 per family)

Please provide a copy of your flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.

The Houston Consulate of Thailand no longer issues multiple entry visas. Should you wish to apply for a multiple entry visa we can still assist so please contact our office as the application must be submitted in Washington DC which requires additional information.

NOTE: Thailand visa processing time is one day if submitted in the Houston Jurisdiction. The Consulate is closed every Friday, please keep this in mind when scheduling travel.

Sam’s Passport Inc. is a Licensed and Registered Company with the Embassy of Thailand.

We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.

Letter of guarantee

A Business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

“Consulate of  Thailand / Houston TX”.

The letter must clearly explain the purpose of travel; Guarantee financial support for the visit and return transportation; the letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.

Please provide a copy of the Letter of Invitation from the company in Thailand.

Corporate documents

Corporate documents of associated partners/companies in Thailand such as tax registration or articles of incorporation to show the legitimacy of the host company in Thailand.
