Who this China visa service is for

Use this page if you need a China visa from the United States. Each type has its own documents, processing time, and fees.

  • Tourist L / S1 / S2 — tourism and family-visit categories.
  • Business M — commercial travel with invitation and company letter.
  • Employment Z — work filings with work-permit support.

U.S. citizens and legal U.S. residents can work with our Houston office. Non-U.S. citizens typically need proof of legal status in the United States (notarized Green Card copy, or a valid U.S. visa plus I-94).

Important notes

Sam’s Passport Inc. is a Licensed and Registered Company with the Chinese Embassy. Visa processing is jurisdictional — the correct Chinese mission depends on which U.S. state you live in. Call us before you ship if you are outside the Houston filing area.
Call Sam’s Passport at (713) 784-5501 for China visa requirements, or email Cynthia at Cynthia@samspassport.com.

Print the online application in color, Fit to Page, single-sided. Sign the 1st page with the barcode and page 7 section 9.1. Upload the same 2×2 photo you send to our office.

"Consulate

Agency sites usually stress three China-specific traps. We call them out up front so your packet is not returned:

  • Same photo everywhere — the photo uploaded to the online form must match the printed photos in your package.
  • Prior China visa — if you had a China visa before, include a copy of the latest visa page (or explain if the prior passport is unavailable).
  • Turkey travel form — if you have traveled to Turkey, complete the Turkey Declaration Form with the rest of the file.
  • Employment Z — work-permit paperwork is separate from a visitor Business M file; do not mix checklists.

How the process works

  1. Pick your visa type

Open the Tourist L/S1/S2, Business M, or Employment Z tab and gather every required document before you ship or email scans.

  2. Complete the forms
Fill out the China application and Sam’s Request Form. Call (713) 784-5501 if a form or letter is unclear.
  3. Ship or email to Houston

Use FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight for passport stickers, or email when the visa type is fully electronic.

  4. We review and file

Sam’s Passport checks photos, letters, and jurisdiction notes, then submits to the embassy or consulate.

  5. Passport returned

We FedEx or deliver your passport as soon as the consulate releases it.

Call (713) 784-5501 before you overnight a passport so we can confirm the checklist and timing for your China visa Houston filing.
