NOTE: The Tourist or Business Visa is usually valid for single entry within three months from the date of issue. This is very important.
NOTE: It is the discretion of the consulate to grant a one year multiple entry visa, a double entry visa may be granted instead. The multiple entry visa might take up to 10 business days to be approved.

Tourist visa
Gather every required document below for this tourist visa. A missing item delays consulate filing.
Required documents
Use this list for the file. Non-U.S. citizens must add status documents with the passport.
Passport
Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay and A valid copy of a drivers license.
The applicant must submit either a
notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)
Visa application form
Applications will not be accepted if they are not typed. Please do not leave any blanks, applications that are not fully completed will be rejected by the consulate at the applicants expense.
Photos
Provide 2 color passport-type photographs with a white background.
- Size 2 × 2 inches, full face, plain white background with no shadows.
- Eyes open and looking at the camera; neck, chin, nose, forehead, both ears, and eyes must be visible.
- Natural expression with mouth closed, no smile or frown.
- No glasses, hats, scarves, or hair clips (religious or medical exceptions need a statement).
- Use printed photos from a reputable source, home or office printer copies are not accepted.
- Invalid format photos will be rejected and delay submission.
Proof of travel & Hotel reservation
Please provide a copy of your flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.
Health record
Please provide a copy of your yellow Fever Vaccination.
Business visa

Letter of guarantee
A Business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
“Consulate of Pakistan / Houston TX”.
The letter must clearly explain the purpose of travel; Guarantee financial support for the visit and return transportation; the letter should be signed by an officer or manager of the company, other than the applicant.

A letter of Invitation from the company you are visiting in Pakistan is required for multiple entry visas.
– The applicant must provide a copy of the I.D. of the person who signs the Letter of Invite

Ship your documents
Please use FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Priority Overnight unless the visa type asks you to email scans.
