We will FedEx or deliver your passport back to your address as soon as the consulate releases your passport to us.
There are different types of visas for Australia and each has its own requirements, processing time and fees. Please click on the visa type that fits your needs.

E-Visitor ( Subclass 651)
You may be eligible to apply for an E-Visitor visa for Australia for the purpose of Tourist or Business only, if you hold a passport from one of the following countries:

ETA: Electronic Travel Authority ( Subclass 601)
You may be eligible to apply for an ETA visa for Australia for the purpose of Tourist or Business only, if you hold a passport from one of the following countries:
- Brunei
- Canada
- Hong Kong (SAR of China)
- Japan
- Malaysia
- Singapore
- South Korea
- United States.
Tourist visa
Gather every required document below for this tourist visa. A missing item delays consulate filing.
Required documents
Use this list for the file. Non-U.S. citizens must add status documents with the passport.
Passport
Must be signed and valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.
The applicant must submit either a
notarized Copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa plus I-94 in passport)
Photos
Provide 2 color passport-type photographs with a white background.
- Size 2 × 2 inches, full face, plain white background with no shadows.
- Eyes open and looking at the camera; neck, chin, nose, forehead, both ears, and eyes must be visible.
- Natural expression with mouth closed, no smile or frown.
- No glasses, hats, scarves, or hair clips (religious or medical exceptions need a statement).
- Use printed photos from a reputable source, home or office printer copies are not accepted.
- Invalid format photos will be rejected and delay submission.
Bank statements
Provide your most current bank statements for the last three months.
Employment letter
Letter from Employer in the US stating that you will be taking time off and will be returning after your trip.
Proof of travel & Hotel reservation
Provide a copy of the flight itinerary and a hotel reservation.

Fee will be based on nationality when completing the application. Processing Time: minimum 30 Days
Subclass visas Sam’s Passport Inc. is able to assist in obtaining the subclass visa appropriate for your travel. Please contact our office to assist you. The applicant will need to create the immi account at
http://www.border.gov.au/Trav. and fill out the appropriate subclass type visa. From this point the applicant will notify our office of the login and passport information and from there we will submit the application and expedite on the applicant’s behalf. For all subclass visa applications, please contact our office to get the processing methods initiated.
Each visa fee will incur a money order fee of $5.00 will be added to your invoice

A Business Letter of Guarantee is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
“Consulate of Australia / Houston TX”.

Please use FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Priority Overnight unless the visa type asks you to email scans.
